The cutting tool provided by the invention comprises a base, at least a cutting part and multiple micro structures, wherein the base is provided with a rotating shaft; the cutting part is arranged on the base along the extension direction of the rotating shaft; and the multiple micro structures are arranged on the cutting part. The invention has the beneficial effect that the micro structures can be made on the surface of a workpiece while cutting or surface treatment is carried out.
