Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a centrifugally blown glass product molding process, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: (1) founding a glass material by using the conventional technology, common equipment and raw materials; (2) preheating a mold to the temperature of between 400 and 600DEG C; (3) starting an air compressor to make compressed air enter a work system; (4) gathering a proper amount of boiled glass material from a crucible by a gatherer, and putting on the center of the bottom of a centrifugal mold; (5) producing semi-finished products by using a three-head centrifuge molding process, putting the semi-finished products into a blowing setting mold, heating the semi-finished products by using an oxyacetylene gun, inputting compressed air, and producing finished products; (6) annealing; (7) drilling and the like.
