Zusammenfassung:	A radio identification card (10) includes: an identifier storage device (11) which stores an identifier; and a communication device (12) which transmits an identifier stored in the identifier storage device (11) to a read device (90) by a radio signal. The radio identification card (10) further includes a solar battery (15) which supplies power to the communication device (12). The solar battery (15) is formed by: a sensitizing material having the sensitizing function, a semiconductor layer (1513) serving as an electron transport unit, and an electrolyte layer (1514) serving as an electron hole transport unit.
