Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an application method of a silicon carbide material in a metallic zinc powder production furnace. According to the application method, single components of a silicon carbide tank body are designed and manufactured from the silicon carbide material according to the size of a zinc melting evaporation pond of the metallic zinc powder production furnace, and then the single components are assembled into the tank body as the zinc melting evaporation pond of the metallic zinc powder production furnace to replace a melting evaporation pond built from carbide bricks, thus achieving the aims of enhancing the zinc erosion and penetration resistance and enhancing the heat-insulating property.
