Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a reactive network loss based method for distinguishing reactance parameters of a branch of an electric power system, and belongs to the technical fields of automation of electric power system dispatching and power network simulation. The method comprises the following steps of: measuring data through the electric power system, and calculating the transmission power capacity of each branch and the measurement value of reactive network loss; estimating the results of calculation according to the state of the electric power system so as to obtain the transmission power capacity of each branch and the estimated value of the reactive network loss; and carrying out subtraction on the measurement value and the estimated value to obtain the transmission power capacity of each branch and the residual error of the reactive network loss.
