The microcontroller works in an intermittent manner, so that the use time of batteries are greatly prolonged; a tri-axial accelerometer and a digital temperature sensor are used as sensitive components which can record the shock vibration information and environment information of transported articles in all directions; the tri-axial accelerometer adopts a low-voltage power supply mode, has low power consumption and small volume, and can bear relatively large impact; the clock unit has an uninterrupted timing function, and can record the accurate occurring time of impact events; the memorizer is a pluggable SD (secure digital) card and provided with a Fat file system, wherein data can be led into a computer without disassembling the device.
