Collision-damage-prevention stopper

The invention relates to a collision-damage-prevention stopper which is suitable for a limiting control system with limited travel reciprocating motion. The collision-damage-prevention stopper comprises a rack, a limit switch fixed on the rack for controlling operation of an electromechanical system, and an elastic driving lever for switching on and off the limit switch, wherein one end of the elastic driving lever is a front end driving level for directly driving the limit switch, and the other end of the elastic driving lever is a rear end driving level fixedly connected with a reciprocating motion part; a stop pin for limiting the front end driving level, and an elastic stop dog for limiting the rear end driving level are fixed on the rack. The collision-damage-prevention stopper has the advantages that the accurate limiting requirements in the control system can be met, a mechanism can be effectively protected to avoid damage caused by collision, therefore, the reliability of the system is improved.
