Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an injection molding process of a road roller damping block, and the damping block consists of a rubber column and metal plates of two ends, wherein natural rubber, butadiene rubber and low mooney acrylic rubber are matched in use for the rubber column. An injection flat plate vulcanizing press is used for vulcanization, thus not only solving degumming problem between rubber blocks and inserts, but also improving oil and high temperature resistance of the damping block.
