Nucleoside derivatives as well as stereo isomers, pharmaceutically acceptable salts and application thereof

The invention provides brand-new structural nucleoside derivatives shown as formulas (I), (II) and (III). The molecular structures of the derivatives have common characteristics that: an organic dicarboxylic acid acyl group and the like are used as chemical connecting bridges, and the nucleoside derivatives with an effect of releasing NO are prepared by connecting nucleoside analogs and nitric oxide (NO) donors, namely aryl oximes. The derivatives inhibit proliferation of tumor cells through multiple mechanisms by releasing the NO and have a killing effect on viruses. The derivatives can alsobe used for preparing medicaments for preventing and treating diseases caused by insufficiency and reduction of NO in vivo and are widely applied to pharmacy.
