Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a quick reparation method for a heteroatom phosphorus aluminum molecular sieve in eutectoid. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) mixing the eutectoid, an aluminum source and an iron source uniformly, and adding phosphoric acid and pyridine, wherein the formed mixture is aFe2O3:Al2O3:bP2O5:cC5H5N:d eutectoid, and in molar ratio, a is 2.0 to 3.0, b is 2.5 to 3.0, c is 3.5 to 4.0 and d is 55.0 to 60.0; mixing the mixture uniformly with heating at the temperature of between 50 and 80 DEG C; (2) heating the mixture to the temperature of between 150 and 220 DEG C under microwave radiation, and crystallizing the mixture for 20 to 60 minutes under normal pressure or automatic generated pressure; and (3) cooling the crystallized mixture to room temperature, performing vacuum filtration, repeatedly washing the filtered product by using water and acetone, and drying the washed product at the temperature o between 80 and 100 DEG C to obtain a powdery product of the heteroatom phosphor |
