Plant cultivating device

A plant cultivating device is used for cultivating a plant and comprises a frame, at least a light emitting diode, at least two movable platforms and an elevating unit. The movable platforms are arranged in the frame, the light emitting diode is positioned above the plant, and the elevating unit is connected with the movable platforms which are moved through the elevating element, so that the topof the plant remains a fixed distance from the movable platforms. The plant cultivating device of the invention has the advantages that the fixed distance H1 between the plant and the lower surfaces of the movable platforms can be remained within a good range without adjusting the positions of the movable platforms through manpower, therefore, high production efficiency can be achieved.
