Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a liquid crystal cell structure, a manufacturing method of a colour filter substrate and a cell alignment method. The liquid crystal cell structure comprises an array substrate and the colour filter substrate which form a cell alignment structure, wherein a liquid crystal layer is arranged between cells; a pixel inner photo-spacer is arranged in a pixel region of the colour filter substrate; a frame sealing adhesive is coated in a frame sealing adhesive coating region of the colour filter substrate; a side photo-spacer is also arranged in the frame sealing adhesive coating region of the colour filter substrate; and the side photo-spacer and the pixel inner photo-spacer are formed of same materials. By the invention, non-uniform side display caused by a non-uniform cell gap is improved, and the cost of the frame sealing adhesive can be reduced conveniently.
