Method for preparing PP (Propene Polymer) microporous foaming composite material

The invention discloses a method for preparing a PP (Propene Polymer) microporous foaming composite material. In the method, the following raw materials in percentage by weight are adopted: 20 to 60 percent of PP, 5 to 15 percent of foaming agent, 1 to 5 percent of blowing promoter, 5 to 15 percent of montmorillonoid modified PP and the balance of wood flour. The method comprises the following steps of: after sufficiently mixing propene polymer grafted maleic anhydride and nano montmorillonoid, carrying out melting extrusion granulation on a double-screw extruder; after drying obtained granules, uniformly mixing the obtained dried granules and the PP again and carrying out melting extrusion on the mixture to obtain the montmorillonoid modified PP; after drying the montmorillonoid modified PP, uniformly mixing the dried montmorillonoid modified PP, the wood flour, the foaming agent and the blowing promoter proportionally; and preparing the PP microporous foaming/wood flour composite material by an injection fo
