Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an in-site precision contour detector for a giant slewing bearing part, comprising a precision positioning device which plays a role in positioning, a shell, a driving motor, a guiderail lifting device and a measurement mechanism. The measurement mechanism comprises a linear grating system, a round-end face grating system and a contact probe assembly, wherein the linear grating system is used for recording the displacement of the detected part in the axial direction; the round-end face grating system is used for recording the displacement of the detected part in the radial direction; the contact probe assembly comprises an elastic bearing; and both the linear grating system and the round-end face grating system are connected with a control processing device.
