Hydrothermal mattress

The invention relates to a hydrothermal mattress for bed warming. The hydrothermal mattress consists of a mattress, a water pipe, two heating barrels, two electrothermal components and a temperature control device, wherein the temperature control device controls the electrothermal components to heat the heating barrels alternatively; and water vapor or hot water is recirculated in the water pipe, so that the warming aim is fulfilled. The water pipe and the two heating barrels are made of metal materials and are communicated with one another tightly to form a sealed pipe cavity isolated from the external environment, so that in the using process, the water vapor is not dissipated, water is not required to add all the time, and the hydrothermal mattress is convenient to use, time-saving and safe.
