Image scanning device and card identifier

The invention discloses an image scanning device, which comprises a displacement detecting module, an image capturing module, and a controlling module. The displacement detecting module comprises a coherent light source, an image capturing unit, and a processing unit. When a card moves, the coherent light source continuously emits coherent lights to the card so as to form light spots on the card;the image capturing unit continuously captures the images of the light spots at intervals in a preset time; the processing unit generates a drive signal by comparing the relative displacement of any two neighboring images; the image capturing module is used for capturing the images of an area to be scanned; and the controlling module respectively drives the image capturing module to scan the cardfor many times according to the drive signal generated by the displacement detecting module so as to obtain the complete image of the area to be scanned. Besides, the invention also provides a card identifier provided with the
