Zusammenfassung:	The object of the present invention is to provide a magnetic sheet composition, a magnetic sheet and a process for producing a magnetic sheet, wherein the magnetic sheet composition can reduce unnecessary electromagnetic waves emitted from electronic equipment and can suppress electromagnetic interference occurring in electronic equipment, that can be cured rapidly at a low temperature, does not generate odor, and does not cause corrosion. The magnetic sheet composition is characterized by comprising an aluminum chelate-based latent curing agent, a silanol compound or alkoxysilane compound represented by formula (A), an epoxy resin, an acrylic resin, and a magnetic powder. Formula (A) is (Ar)mSi(OR)n, wherein, m is 2 or 3; the sum of m and n is 4; Ar is an optionally substituted aryl group; R is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; and, when n is two or more, the Rs may be the same as or different from each other.
