Protecting method for flat panel display and protecting film atteched flat panel display

The present invention prevents the split on a glass substrate of a flat display panel in a process of performing a plurality of steps such as cutting, processing, modularizing and checking for a flat display panel along with ultra-thinning of the flat display penel, thereby improving strength of an ultrathin flat display panel. According to the invention, after performing a thinning step on the flat display panel which comprises a plurality of units, and before performing the cutting step by unit, a resin film is adhibited on the glass substrate of the flat display panel for being performed with the cutting step and the subsequent steps. Furthermore, the invention also provides a device which immediately adhibits the resin film on the glass substrate of the flat display panel and adhibits a protecting film on the flat display panel automatically after the thinning step.
