Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a local positioning system and a local positioning method. The structure of the system is that: four colored logos used for distinguishing from a surrounding environment are respectively fixed to four points on the periphery of an operating area through pillars; the four points respectively correspond to the four angular points of a rectangle; an all-around vision sensor camera device is fixed in the centre of the operating area through a pillar and is in communication connection with a computer; a colored logo is arranged on an operating vehicle; and an image processing and calculating unit which acquires coordinates of a position at which the operating vehicle logo is positioned based on an image acquired by the all-around vision sensor camera device is arranged on the computer.
