Novel azobenzene polypeptide, and preparation method and application thereof

The invention discloses an azobenzene polypeptide and a preparation method thereof. The chemical structural formula of the polymer is disclosed in the specification, wherein R is an azobenzene group, R1 is methylacetic-gamma-benzoyloxycarbonyl, butyrylamide-omega-carbobenzoxy, acetic-beta-benzyl or propyl group. The azobenzene polypeptide polymer comprises a homopolymer material prepared by homopolymerization, and a copolymer material prepared by copolymerization. The prepared polymer contains the photochromic group (azobenzene group), and can be applied to the field of nonlinear optical materials, photoresponse and storage devices, and the like, thereby being applicable to photoswitches and optical devices; and the azobenzene polypeptide has the advantages of high stability and excellent photoresponse property.
