Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a conjugate of liver cancer specifically targeted peptide A54 and amycin, wherein the structural formula of the conjugate is a structural formula (1) or (2) as shown in the specification, the amino acid sequence of the liver cancer specifically targeted peptide A54 is NH2-AGKGTPSLETTP-COOH; the amycin is chemically coupled with the terminal carboxyl group and/or the interposition carboxyl group of the liver cancer specifically targeted peptide A54; and the interposition carboxyl group is the carboxyl group on glutamic acid (E) in the sequence of the liver cancer specifically targeted peptide A54. The invention also discloses a chemical coupling method for preparing the conjugate, and application of the conjugate in preparing a medicament for treating liver cancer.
