Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a control piston (1) for slider valves having a tube (2) and one or more rings (4, 5) and/or sleeves placed on the outer circumference of the tube, the circumferential edges thereof forming control edges (36, 38) of the piston. The rings and sleeves of the control piston can be connected to the tube by force fit, positive fit, or adhesive. In a preferred embodiment, the rings and sleeves are attached to the tube by internal high-pressure joining.
