Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a hydraulic dynamometer test device of a diesel locomotive, and the hydraulic dynamometer test device comprises a diesel engine, a console, a universal shaft I, a hydraulic torque converter, a hydraulic dynamometer, a force measuring device, a universal shaft II and a water replenishing device, wherein the diesel engine is connected with the hydraulic torque converter through the universal shaft I; the hydraulic torque converter is connected with the hydraulic dynamometer through the universal shaft II; the hydraulic dynamometer is connected with the force measuring device through an actuating arm; the water replenishing device is hermetically connected with the hydraulic dynamometer; and the console is respectively electrically connected with the diesel engine, the hydraulic torque converter, the hydraulic dynamometer, the force measuring device and the water replenishing device.
