Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a heating rod. The fire source or power source is needed when drinks or food is heated during field activities and is quite inconvenient to carry. Other heaters are disposable and are connected with food cans, so the cost is high and use is limited. The heating rod comprises a rod body (2), a rod cover (5), a heatproof rubber seal ring (7), a push handle (6), pyrogens (1) and a film water sac (9), wherein the pyrogens (1) and the film water sac (9) are put in the rod body; and when a self-heating heater is put in a container (11) containing drinks or liquid food, the push handle (6) is pushed to puncture the film water sac (9) so that the water in the film water sac (9) flows into a lower cavity and soaks the pyrogens (1) to carry out chemical reaction to generate heat, and the heat is transferred to a food region (10) via the shell of the heating rod to heat the food.
