The invention relates to a communication module, a multimedia player and a transceiving system. The multimedia player is suitable for receiving a multimedia signal and receiving a communication signal which is sent from an interphone and carries an input signal. The multimedia player comprises an output device, the communication module and a core device, wherein the communication module comprises a transmission unit, a decoding unit and a processing unit; the transmission unit is used for receiving the communication signal; the decoding unit is used for decoding in accordance with the communication signal; the processing unit is used for producing an output signal corresponding to the input signal in accordance with the decoding result of the decoding unit; and the core device is used for receiving the multimedia signal and the output signal, and enabling the output device to simultaneously play the output signal and the multimedia signal.
