Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the field of metal matrix composite and welding, and particularly provides a combined type friction stir welding tool which is prepared from metal ceramic and alloy tool steel by using vacuum brazing connection technology, wherein the welding tool is suitable for the friction stir welding of the particle reinforced metal matrix composite. A shaft shoulder and a stirring needle of the welding tool are made of high intensity wearable metal ceramic material, and a clamping end is made of alloy tool steel; and the welding tool is formed by connecting two materials throughvacuum brazing. The high intensity wearable metal ceramic material of the welding tool takes ceramic particles as a reinforcing phase, and heat-resistant metal alloy as a binding phase; and the high intensity wearable metal ceramic material is prepared through a powder metallurgy vacuum sintering method.
