The invention relates to a cut-off tool component of a ring forming machine. The component comprises a fixed cut-off tool, a movable cut-off tool and a tool rest, wherein the fixed cut-off tool consists of a front block cut-off tool and a rear block cut-off tool which are independent of each other; the front block cut-off tool and the rear block cut-off tool are arranged in a tool groove of the tool rest in the backward and forward direction; the tool rest comprises a tool mounting part and a clamping part; and the tool mounting part is thicker than the clamping part. Compared with the prior art, the component has the advantages of long service life of the cut-off tool, low manufacturing cost, high tool rest rigidity and the like and can be stably produced.
