Connector and manufacture method thereof

The invention discloses a connector and a manufacture method thereof, wherein the manufacture method comprises the steps of: (1) providing a metal shield casing and conductive terminals; (2) placing the shield casing in a forming die and suspending the conductive terminals in the shield casing to form a connector embryo; (3) injecting fused plastic cements into the forming die having the connector embryo to form an insulation body and a connector. According to the invention, the fused plastic cements are injected into the forming die having the conductive terminals and the shield casing to form the insulation body and then to form the connector, so that the components of the whole connector are combined tightly and the connector possesses good airtightness. In addition, the manufacture method, which can avoid the deformation of the components of the connector caused by mutual plugging in the assembling process, is simple in operation and has high work efficiency.
