Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a steel wire cord for tire reinforcement and a jet radial ply tire with the same. The steel wire cord is composed of the following components: a first cord layer which is composed of three threads, and a second cord layer which is composed 7-8 threads and comprises the first cord layer. Particularly at least one or total threads in 7-8 threads that form the second cord layer are shaped for improving rubber penetrability thereby improving the tire durability. The invention also relates to a jet radial ply tire with the steel wire cord.
