Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for realizing the industrialization of an environmentally-friendly sustained-release and sustained-release fertilizers, which implemented by the following steps: (1) determining the form and mixing ratio of nutrients in a core composite fertilizer and selecting a cheap coating material; (2) developing pilot-scale experiment technology; (3) forming scale production; (4) forming industrial products; (5) and producing 80,000 ton controlled-release fertilizer annually, producing high-nitrogen, high-phosphorus and potassium, and high-potassium composite fertilizers and mixing common composite fertilizers by using complete large-scale coating equipment; (6) applying controlled-release bulk blend fertilizer blending technique; and (7) building a 20,000-ton controlled-release BB fertilizer industrialization base.
