An interlayer water injection device for preventing boat from shaking comprises an outer cabin, an inner cabin, a connection board, a water pump and a clamping board. The outer cabin and the inner cabin are of hollow semi-cylindrical shape; the inner cabin smaller than the outer cabin is arranged in the interior of the outer cabin. The connection board disposed between the inner cabin and the outer cabin is connected to the inner cabin and the outer cabin. The clamping board is arranged between the inner cabin and the outer cabin, and the water pump is installed in the inner cabin. The interlayer water injection device and a method for preventing boat from shaking provided by the invention, automatically adjusting the balance of the boat and destorying the shake frequency of the boat, allows the center of gravity inboard to motion in an opposite directions, as well as play an anti-shaking role, which can make passengers comfortable, and can eliminate the danger of shipwreck.
