The rotor shaft of the heavy nuclear power generator is processed by adopting a heavy numerical control sleeping car with maximum processing diameter of 3.5 meters and maximum length of 20 meters, wherein in the rotor shaft, the length is 13,983 millimeters, the diameter is 1,882 millimeters and the weight is 100 to 350 tons; the surface roughness of a center hole, the depth of which is 2.5+/-0.1 meters, of the rotor shaft reaches Ra1.6; the roundness of the central hole in a full length range is less than 0.10 millimeter; and the coaxiality of the external circle of the reference shaft neck of the rotor shaft and the central hole meets the precision requirement of less than 0.50 millimeter in the full length.
