Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method for manufacturing a complex automotive front axle by using the combined roll forging and die forging process and the welding process, which belongs to the technical field of automotive front axle manufacture. The invention mainly solves the problem that the front axle of a low-entrance bus can not be manufactured by the existing equipment and process. The method is mainly characterized in that the method comprises the following steps: (1) selecting low-carbon alloy round steel, and feeding the low-carbon alloy round steel according to the size of a part A and apart B; (2) processing the part A and the part B by use of a part A die and a part B die and the combined process of roll forging and die forging, and processing the interface position into an X-shaped groove; and (3) locating two pieces of the forged part B and one piece of the forged part A by a fixture, and processing the X-shaped groove by multilayer multi-pass welding to obtain the front axle.
