The invention provides a magnetic head assembly including a sliding block with a magnetic head element, a loading beam, a fulcrum arranged on the top of the loading beam, a sliding-block support plate which supports sliding block in a manner that the sliding block freely rotates about the fulcrum, a driving unit providing rotary power for the sliding-block support plate along the plane, a first linear connecting rod, of which both ends are respectively provided with a first top connection part mechanically connected to the sliding-block support plate and a first base connection part mechanically connected to the loading beam, and a second linear connecting rod, of which both ends are respectively provided with a second top connection part mechanically connected to the sliding-block support plate and a second base connection part mechanically connected to the loading beam, wherein the extending lines of the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are intercrossing towards the location of the fulcrum
