The sealant composition comprises a reinforcing filler comprising silica, and a butyl rubber depolymerized in the presence of a balanced combination of organoperoxides comprising a small quantity of 4,4-di-(tertiary butylperoxy) valerate depolymerized initiator and a great quantity of dicumyl peroxide depolymerized extension agent, wherein the combination comes to have cooperation effect.
