Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a vitrified micro bubble heat-preservation building block or partition board and a manufacturing method thereof. The vitrified micro bubble heat-preservation building block or partition board is made from vitrified micro bubbles, cement, fly ash, master batch and water, wherein the master batch comprises redispersed latex powder, polypropylene fibers and wooden fibers. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of: blending the dry powder of the vitrified micro bubbles, the cement and the fly ash to form a dry powder mixed material; uniformly stirring the master batch and the water, adding the dry powder mixed material and blending to obtain a wet mixed material; adjusting the amount of the water, diffusing the wet mixed material and uniformly integrating and molding; and injecting the prepared wet mixed material into a mold for molding, demolding, curing under natural conditions, and stacking to obtain finished products.
