Method for preparing silicon carbide powder with oil shale waste residues

The invention discloses a method for preparing silicon carbide powder with oil shale waste residues, comprising the following steps of (1) grinding into powder; (2) leaching with acid; (3) washing with water; (4) drying; (5) mixing; (6) heating and the like. In the invention, SiO2 in the oil shale waste residues is extracted by utilizing an acid leaching method and mixed with cokes to prepare the silicon carbide powder so that the oil shale waste residues are fully utilized, the utilization rate is improved; the economic benefit is enhanced; the accumulation of a large amount of waste residues is avoided while the waste is turned into wealth; the land occupation amount is reduced; and the environmental pollution is reduced.
