The invention belongs to the field of medical appliances and in particular relates to an infusion set with a fastening joint. The invention adopts the technical scheme that: the infusion set comprises an infusion needle, a catheter and a joint for connecting the infusion needle with the catheter; the gradient alpha of the inner surface of the joint and the gradient beta of the outer surface of a needle head of the infusion needle have the following relation that: alpha=beta+(0 degree to 1.75 degrees); the joint has a hollow cone structure; the gradient alpha of the inner surface of the joint is in a range from 0.25 degree to 5.25 degrees; the joint is connected to the needle head of the infusion needle through a fastener; and the catheter is made of a non-PVC (polyvinyl chloride) material. The infusion set is safe to use, has a simple structure, and is convenient to operate and made of the environmental-friendly material. The phenomena of liquid leakage and needle slipping can be effectively prevented.
