Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a calibration method of electrical properties of solar cells. In the method, first-level solar cells are used for calibrating second-level solar cells. The method comprises the following steps: calibrating a solar cell test simulator by utilizing the first-level solar cells; if the deviation between the test values of the electrical properties of the first-level solar cellsobtained by the calibrated solar cell test simulator and the nominal values of the electrical properties of the first-level solar cells does not exceed a first threshold value, carrying out electrical property tests on the second-level solar cells to be tested, which pass electrical property detection, for at least two times by utilizing the calibrated solar cell test simulator; and if the test values of the second-level solar cells to be tested in the electrical property tests for at least two times meet the standard of the second-level solar cells and the deviation between the test values does not exceed a second th |
