Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an eccentric wheel tension device with a half gear, which comprises a transmission shaft. Two eccentric wheels are fixed on the transmission shaft; and the half gear is arranged in the middle of the transmission shaft; a half part of the external circumference of the half gear is provided with teeth and the other half part is a polished surface. Because the structure is simple and the two eccentric wheels are fixed on the transmission shaft, the effect of adjusting the tension force is realized, and the half gear is fixed on the transmission shaft so as to ensure that the transmission shaft can only rotate in one direction when being used to guarantee the position of the tension device.
