Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides an eccentric wheel clamp and a method for running a casing in a drill hole of a mine. The eccentric wheel clamp provided by the invention comprises an annular casing clamp, an eccentric wheel and a suspension arm, wherein the circumference of the annular casing clamp is provided with a hole; the eccentric wheel is fixed on an extended part of the annular casing clamp on theedge of the hole and extended into the annular casing clamp through the hole; one end of the suspension arm is fixedly connected with the eccentric wheel; and the length of the part of the eccentric wheel extended into the annular casing clamp through the hole is changed by lifting or pressing the suspension arm. The invention also provides the method for running the casing in the drill hole of the mine by using the eccentric wheel; the running of the casing is performed in the mine by using the eccentric wheel clamp; the method is convenient to use, and is suitable for various types of casings and drilling at various
