Preparation method of dolomite tailing bricks

The invention relates to a preparation method of dolomite tailing bricks, solving the problems of low forming compactness, low demolding perfectness ratio, low initial strength of brick blanks and difficult practical application existing in brick manufacture because of high water and slurry contents and fine granularity of traditional dolomite tailings. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) sieving impurities with size of larger than 5mm in dolomite tailing slurry, naturally airing or drying with equipment to obtain dolomite tailings with the water content of smaller than 5 percent; (2) grinding and uniformly mixing 9-10.8 percent by weight of firming agent, 81-82.93 percent by weight of dolomite tailings and 6.27-10 percent by weight of water; and (3) conveying the mixed mixture into a mold, pressing and forming to obtain a brick blank and culturing. The invention has extremely simple process; and the prepared tailing blocks have high forming compactness and demolding perfectness ratio
