Zusammenfassung:	The inventive combined telescopic double-acting hydraulic cylinder for substantial strokes consists of a coaxial set of outer and inner piston stages which comprise their bodies (1, 3), an external stage provided with a through rod, the ends of which have different diameters, which is attached to the bottom of the body (3) by means of the small diameter end and is combined with the body (1) of the inner stage, and a sleeve piston (8) which has different working areas, is mounted on the through rod and is provided with the opposite cavities of the above-mentioned stages which stages are hydraulically interconnected by pairs in such a way that the common cavities are formed. Said sleeve piston has piston cavities which are arranged in such a way that they arrive at the opposite phases corresponding to the greatest and smallest values of the volumes thereof in the extreme positions of the hydraulic cylinder, wherein the inner stage is provided with a hollow cylindrical insert (2) which is coaxially arranged and
