Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an acousto-optic alarm lamp. The acousto-optic alarm lamp comprises a main shell, a light emitting component, a lamp shade, a bottom cover and a battery fixture, wherein the light emitting component is arranged on the upper part of the main shell; the lamp shade covers the periphery of the light emitting component; the bottom cover is arranged on the lower part of the main shell; a battery and an alarm are accommodated on the two sides in an accommodating space formed in the main shell respectively; the battery fixture comprises a mounting arm and a battery supportingblock; the mounting arm is extended in the vertical direction; the battery supporting block is formed at the lower end of the mounting arm; the upper end of the mounting arm is fixed on the upper part of the main shell; the battery supporting block is cambered and is matched with the shape of the battery; and the outer end of the battery supporting block is fixed on the side face of the main shell.
