The present invention provides an apparatus for supporting trailing cables, which comprises the following components: a housing which is provided at a coating head unit supporting frame that is provided with a plurality of coating head units; a plurality of fixed brackets which are fixedly equipped in the housing and are arranged in row; a plurality of flexible cable pipes which are respectively connected with a fixed bracket; and a plurality of connecting pipes which are respectively connected between a flexible cable pipe and a coating head unit. The fixed brackets are set on two sides (left side or right side) of a lower plate of the housing with a mode that the fixed brackets with a plurality of different heights are arranged in row. The flexible cable pipes are respectively connected with the fixed brackets fixedly. Therefore, the flexible cable pipes in a same row are overlapped with one another along the vertical direction.
