Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an active inductor of a floating dual-port symmetrical structure, belonging to the technical field of electronics. The active inductor comprises a pair of basic cross-coupled transistors and a negative feedback inductor. The pair of cross-coupled transistors is in a floating dual-port symmetrical structure; and a negative feedback resistor is added between two drain terminals of the pair of transistors. Simulation and flow tests verify that the floating active inductor has the characteristics of large and adjustable inductance, high Q-value, small occupied area and the like. The active inductor in the invention has simple structure, is easy to realize, can directly replace a traditional spiral inductor in the circuit, and can be used for obtaining a wireless transceiver chip with high performance and low cost. |
