The method comprises the following steps: transmitting a credit requirement to a terminal requesting a transaction by a service platform; generating a graphics certificate according to the credit requirement of the terminal by a credit centre, and transmitting the graphics certificate to the terminal for confirmation; performing verification according to the confirmation information sent by the terminal or transmitted by the service platform, and feeding back the verification result to the service platform; determining whether the transaction is performed or not according to the verification result by the service platform.
