The invention relates to a water flushing construction method of a static tubular pile of a sand pile tip, which sequentially comprises the following steps of: (1) determining the position of the pile, forming a hole in the position of the pile; then, filling the hole with sand; (2) hoisting the tubular pile; installing the tubular pile on a pile driver; installing the pile tip of the tubular pile at the lower end of the tubular pile; aligning the pile tip of the tubular pile to the position of the pile; then, inserting the pile tip of the tubular pile into the sand in the hole; pressing the pile tip down to form the sand pile tip at the lower part of the pile tip of the tubular pile; and (3) piling; piling statically when the sand pile tip reaches a weak soil layer; and performing a water flushing method to aid the static piling when the sand pile tip reaches a sandy layer.
