The device comprises a cutting assembly and a support assembly for supporting the cutting assembly, wherein the cutting assembly comprises a cutter assembly and a power assembly which is connected with the cutter assembly, the power assembly which provides power for the cutter assembly comprises a cutter and a cutter guide slot, the cutter comprises a cutter head and a cutter handle which is connected with the cutter head, the cutter handle is arranged in the cutter guide slot, the bottom of the cutter guide slot is provided with a guide slot gear opening, and the power assembly is arranged at the guide slot gear opening. The material block cutting device can cut material blocks according to requirements in the process of cleaning a machine, and solve the problem of generating large plastic material blocks in the process of cleaning the machine.
