Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a neisseria meningitidis group B recombinant protein chimeric vaccine and a preparation method thereof. A fusion gene segment containing neisseria meningitidis group B V1 variant full-length factor H-binding protein (FHBP) and V2 variant epitope in a C structural domain is constructed by bridging polymerase chain reaction (PCR); after the fusion gene segment is cloned intoa pET30a(+) vector, isopropyl thiogalactoside (IPTG) induces expression; and an expression product is purified by a chromatographic column to acquire fusion protein with the purity of over 90 percent. The fusion protein is used as a half-finished vaccine after SDS-PAGE and Western identification analysis, protein content measurement and the like.
